As an AudigyCertified™ practice, we’re dedicated to providing the highest-quality care, and that includes excellence through ongoing education. Dr. Mary Lou Luebbe-Gearhart’s recent attendance at the 65th Annual International Hearing Society Convention & Expo in Chicago not only marked an opportunity to learn from peers in hearing care, but it brought her face-to-face with an American hero.

Keynote speaker Dr. Natalie Stavas, a runner, humanitarian, and one of the first physician responders who saved lives at the Boston Marathon during the 2014 terrorist bombing, shared her decision to “run toward the chaos” — rather than away from it — to help others. A celebrated hero, Dr. Stavas also runs successful guidance programs helping troubled and homeless teenagers graduate from high school.
