Mary Lou Luebbe-Gearhart, Au.D. is a Doctor of Audiology and President of Luebbe Hearing Services, a company that provides comprehensive diagnostic audiological assessment and hearing rehabilitation using state-of-the-art digital hearing aid technology. Luebbe Hearing Services earned the Consumers' Choice Award for Business Excellence, Quality and Value in 2009.

Dr. Mary Lou has been recognized by the Ohio Academy of Science as an Exemplar for Women in Science, Engineering and Mathematics. She is on the Board of Trustees of People to People International and received PTPI's 2005 Leadership Award in Seoul, Korea. She has represented the USA helping the hearing impaired in China, Africa, Russia, South America and Australia.

Dr. Mary Lou is the recipient of the Bevis Society award from the President's Club at The Ohio State University, a High School Alumni Hall-Of-Fame Inductee, an Ohio Farm Bureau Member for over 30 years. Continuing a 64-year tradition, Luebbe Hearing Services was voted as one of the Outstanding Family-Owned Businesses in Central Ohio.
